MID SEASON (April-May, Sep-Oct): between €455 and €980 weekly. HIGH SEASON (June-August, Easter, Christmas): between €770 and €1680 weekly. Nervión is an urban destination in inland Andalusia, not coastal. The nearest beaches are 90-130 km away (Costa Noroeste of Cadiz: Chipiona, Rota, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Costa Ballena), accessible by car in approx 1h20min via A-4 + CA-603 or A-480. If you want to combine urban stay in Nervión with a beach escape, we can recommend well-connected properties and also offer apartments in our same network of 32 properties directly managed in Chipiona, Rota, Sanlúcar and Costa Ballena with recurring customer discount. Public transport: Plaza de Armas bus station (Nervión) offers daily direct connections to the main coast destinations. In Nervión, closest to "beach" is the Guadalquivir riverside (Triana / Bajo de Guía area) with bars and restaurants simulating marine atmosphere. Ask for consolidated info via WhatsApp if you want to combine city + beach in a single booking.

In Nervión we offer 3 categories of pool properties. PRIVATE POOL: individual chalets with exclusive-use pool (typical dimensions 6×3m or 8×4m, depth 1.4-1.8m), salt or automatic chlorine treatment, weekly maintenance included in price. The premium option: price +50-80% over standard apartment, but maximum privacy and enjoyment for the group. SHARED POOL: urbanizations with pool shared between few units (typically 6-12 apartments), usage hours typically 10am-8pm, showers and grass area with sun loungers. Slightly higher price (+10-20%) over no-pool. NO POOL BUT ACCESS TO LOCAL POOL: in urban areas with nearby municipal pool (entrance fee €3-5/person/day). In Nervión pool is highly valued in summer because temperatures can exceed 40°C. If your group includes kids and/or elderly, request pool with stairs (not just ladder) and gradual depth. If you want to train swimming, request pool minimum 8 meters long. Confirmation of "with pool" always with recent photo of state and orientative temperature. Request your pool proposal via WhatsApp with dates and number of people.
